Even Steven
Everyone has a past, “Even Steven” and Spooky have one together.
Very mean pet owner Steven treated Spooky badly as a puppy.
Even used Spooky’s leash as a weapon.
Now Spooky is rendered helpless at the sight of it.
Spooky is grown up now, a hero to the masses.
The past he has repressed, he’s put it behind him.
Eventually, your past catches up with you.
Very soon, the past will be the present.
Even Steven can get even.
Not if Spooky can help it!
Grungy Bungee
Easily the most unusual bad guy in Dogsville, Grungy uses his elastic arms to bungee off high places or poles and steal purses from unsuspecting women and wallets right out of a man’s pants. Grungy is an experiment gone wrong… he’s part monkey, part man and part rubber. His mind is very screwed up and he just loves money so he can buy peanuts, gum and buy the latest Air Jordan shoes. Very elusive, very cunning. Spooky will have to tie his paws and cut the cord of this crazy criminal.
Joe Jigalee Jim
Joe Jigalee Jim is a maniac. A disco maniac. He commits crime by trying people up and making them listen to disco records while he steals money from them. He’s easy to spot because he wears 1970’s type clothes… but he is as elusive as the best of them. He only throws Grammy Award winners’ records at high speeds at people to try to trap them, so he is dangerous. Spooky will have to break some records to catch this thief.
Bandwagon Billy
Bandwagon Billy is a shifty character who loves to cause problems. It all started when he was a child… a child deprived of milk. Now he’s a very skinny and nervous person who blames Spooky for all his problems. Why? No one knows, but he always carries a Spooky doll around and when he gets angry, he shakes the doll and says, “I’m going to get you Spooky Dog.” Basically, Bandwagon Billy is a very angry and confused person and Spooky is out to get him off of the street before he really warps out.
Baby Bottle Samantha
Baby Bottle Samantha is a very sneaky and mean baby who used her cute baby face and big blue eyes to get her own way. Samantha will never grow up or old because she doesn’t drink milk or juice… only orange soda. She’s a thirty-year-old mean woman in a baby’s body. Spooky will make sure this baby takes a long nap–in jail.
Popcorn Pete
Popcorn Pete was born in a big city, in a tiny house. Pete’s mother wanted him to eat vegetables and fruit, but he wouldn’t even try them. Instead, he ate popcorn every day. His teeth became crooked and his body was skinny, except for his stomach. Nowadays, Pete lurks between buildings trying to make little kids turn to a life of popcorn. Spooky needs to stop the old maids of popping to stop him.
