Synopsis: In this issue of Spooky the Dog Catcher a gangland war for the streets of Dogsville is beginning to escalate. The leading Crime King Pin- Big Dog, is being challenged by and up and coming hood- “Even Steven.” Sgt. Spooky goes under cover and gets caught in the crossfire, but fights and risks his life until reinforcements can arrive. Who is this new thug?
Where did he come from? And why does he want to bring destruction to Dogsville?
